On Wednesday, April 19, the official sales event for Nicoya took place at the landmark CAB, offering potential residents, neighbors, and interested visitors a final glimpse of the historic building in its original state before it transforms into The New Living Room of the Neighborhood. More importantly, the event marked the start of sales for Nicoya, a major step forward in the development of Cartesius Utrecht.

Upon arrival, visitors were warmly welcomed by the Cartesius team before exploring the vision for the future. The event featured interactive information stands where attendees could learn more about Nicoya’s unique living concept, meet the architects and designers, and speak directly with real estate agents. Beumers Nieuwbouw and Brecheisen Makelaars were on hand to answer questions about the sales process and even offered free valuations for those considering selling their current homes.

The Municipality of Utrecht was also present, alongside innovative interior designers such as Bruynzeel Keukens and Mosa, giving visitors insight into the high-quality finishes and sustainable materials planned for Nicoya. A major highlight of the evening was the Virtual Reality tour by Beeldenfabriek, which allowed future residents to walk through the courtyard garden and explore the different homes, from exclusive townhouses to luxurious apartments.

Interest in Nicoya was high, with registrations pouring in both at the event and online. If you're excited about the opportunity to live in Nicoya, be sure to register before May 10. After 12:00 noon on May 10, the registration period will close, and homes will be assigned.
